I had an interesting stay at the Katriya Hotel And Tower. On one hand, the location is fantastic and the staff are friendly. However, the maintenance of the hotel leaves much to be desired, as I encountered several issues with my room that detracted from my experience.

The general manager, Mr. Gopinath, was incredibly supportive and attentive.
